GVS is a boutique agency that aims to incorporate open source community values into our company. It is like a mix between being a freelancer and being an employee. Here are some important characteristics of working for GVS:

• Good pay, decent health/dental/vision benefits, expense account for tech gear
• Travel budget to attend DrupalCons, DrupalCamps, code sprints and other conferences if appropriate
• Interesting jobs - tier 1 publishing companies, conference/event projects, bleeding edge technology, social justice organizations
• 20% of your time can be spent working on Drupal community projects or honing your skill set
• Company outings once a quarter
• Flexibility on location (e.g. work in the office for a few hours, then at home for a few hours or work in a coffee shop for the day)
